Indirectly. Wovenary is not a contracted GPO supplier directly, but we work with several GPO-member hospitals on programs that fall outside the GPO master contract — patient-experience initiatives, donor-event gifting, conference programs, and one-off ordering on category items the GPO doesn't carry. For category items that should be on a master contract (e.g. patient belongings bags as a clinical supply), the hospital typically asks the GPO to add Wovenary as a back-up supplier or contracts directly outside the GPO under exception terms.

How do you handle pharma compliance for branded program bags?

Pharma-branded bags (Sunshine Act-reportable items, conference swag, HCP-facing programs) follow the buyer's PhRMA Code and OIG guidance internally — we don't dictate the rules. What we provide on our side: clear documentation that the bag is the brand-named pharma's purchase, separate invoicing for compliance segregation, and the affixed manufacturer tag with country of origin. Several pharma programs we supply now also ask for sustainability documentation (PCR content, end-of-life recyclability) — we include those on the spec sheet.

What's the MOQ for a small clinic or single-hospital program?
