The terms that govern quotes, orders, artwork, production and delivery for custom orders from Wovenary. Last updated June 1, 2026.
These terms govern quotes and custom orders placed through wovenary.com.
Quotes & orders
Quotes are based on the specs, quantity and decoration you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when you approve the quote and any required deposit is received. Prices are quoted DDP (duties, freight and customs included) unless noted.
Artwork & intellectual property
You confirm you own or are licensed to use any logos, designs and artwork you send us, and you grant us the limited right to reproduce them solely to produce your order. You keep all rights to your artwork; we keep rights to our own templates, mockups and production know-how.
Mockups & approval
We provide a digital mockup before production. Production begins only after you approve the mockup and final specs in writing. Once approved, changes may affect price and lead time.
Production, lead times & delivery
Standard lead time is roughly four weeks, with a rush lane where available; quoted dates are good-faith estimates and may shift with materials, freight or customs. Risk passes on delivery to your address under the DDP terms in your quote.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Custom goods are made to order; deposits for work already in production are non-refundable.
Returns, defects & remakes
Because items are custom-made, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If goods arrive defective or materially different from the approved mockup, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll repair, remake or credit the affected units.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
