Ordering & minimums
What are your minimum order quantities?
Totes and apparel start at 150 and 50 units respectively; non-woven from 1,000, pouches and drawstring from 300, leather from 100. We also take smaller, unusual runs other suppliers turn down.
Can I mix sizes or colors in one order?
Yes. Within a style you can split across sizes and colorways; we'll confirm any per-variant minimums on your quote.
Do you work with schools, nonprofits and tax-exempt buyers?
Yes — send your exemption details with the brief and we'll set the order up accordingly.
Pricing & DDP
How does your pricing beat my current supplier?
We're factory-direct — no trading companies — and source through Pakistan's GSP program (~5–8% duty vs China's 20–32%), landing roughly 25–31% under typical China-import pricing. Every quote is all-in DDP.
What does DDP include?
Product, decoration, freight, duties, customs clearance and delivery to your door. The number on your quote is the number you pay.
Do you offer payment terms?
50% deposit / 50% on shipment is standard; Net-30 is available for qualified enterprise and recurring accounts.
Production & lead times
How fast can I get a quote and mockup?
A sharp quote and a free digital mockup come back within 24 hours of your brief.
What's the typical production time?
About 4 weeks standard; a rush air-freight lane compresses that to roughly 2.5–3 weeks when timing is tight.
Can you hit a specific event date?
Tell us the date up front — we'll tell you honestly whether standard or rush production makes it, before you commit.
Artwork & decoration
What decoration methods do you offer?
Screen print, embroidery, sublimation, heat transfer, woven labels, deboss and foil — all in-house, so quality control and turnaround stay tight.
What artwork do you need?
A vector (SVG/AI/EPS) or high-res PNG is ideal, but send what you have — even a phone photo. Our art team redraws it for the mockup at no charge.
Can you match my exact brand colors?
Yes, we print to Pantone references and confirm color on your mockup before production.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the US, DDP. We're based in Bethesda, MD with local courier options across the DC metro.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes — we can split shipments across offices or distribution centers; note the breakdown in your brief.
Do you handle kitting and fulfillment?
Yes, we assemble multi-item kits and can blind-ship to your customers.
